The kings of Yukon poster

This poster uses that system of layers with colors I particularly like. The idea of the specific poster came out of abook I did read, called “The Kings of Yukon“, written by Adam Weymouth. The author sailed the whole Yukon river on a canoe to understand how the Chinook salmon, or royal salmon, could possibly come up the whole river to leave their eggs at the exact place where they were born. Adam meet a lot of people along his trip, different kind of population who settled there years ago and did see the Chinook slowly disappearing with the time, intensive fishing and global warming.
